Oyo High Court Reaffirms @OfficialPDPNig Convention, Direct INEC to Monitor, and Observe the Process

The Oyo State High Court in Ibadan has today delivered a fresh endorsement directing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to proceed with its scheduled 2025 Elective National Convention on Saturday November 15-Sunday November 16, 2025, at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.

Presiding Justice Ladiran Akintola, at the renewed hearing today , Friday 14th November, 2025 heard arguments from all parties, including INEC’s counsel after which it reiterated the court’s November 3 interim order, mandating INEC to attend and monitor the PDP National Convention as scheduled.
